My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, although being on the top floor with just a skylight and many narrow steps to climb was a downside. The service was friendly and kind, although the language barrier was a bit challenging. The location was convenient for my needs but was noisy due to ongoing street and tram works. The dining options were basic, and the facilities were satisfactory.
